How Academics' Work Motivation Affects Job Satisfaction? The Mediating Roles of The Four-Frame Leadership Model

چکیده
The aim of this study is to investigate work motivation and job satisfaction levels academicians through mediation effect based on Bolman Deal’s Four Frame Leadership Model. This a descriptive situation analysis where survey technic used. Three different scales are used in the study. In research, questionnaire was applied 258 working 74 faculties sports sciences Turkey. Analyses conducted by Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach that supported Smart-PLS® 3.2.8 software for evaluating assumed relationships. There relationship found between positive motivation. On other hand, no academicians. Although previous research has examined satisfaction, it not four-frame leadership approach. fills gap literature. addition, provides several managerial implications.
